Visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Defense of Serbia and the Aeronautical Museum to Hungary
The delegation of the Ministry of Defense, led by Acting Assistant Minister for Human Resources Siniša Radović, paid an official visit to the Republic of Hungary with the aim of improving the museum activities of the Ministry of Defense of Serbia.
The delegation included a representative of the Aeronautical Museum, senior curator Mirjana Novaković Munišević, head of the Department for Museum Activities.The purpose of the visit was to review the organization and functioning of the Museum of Military History and the Institute of Military History in Budapest, which operates within the framework of the Hungarian Ministry of Defense.The delegation of the Ministry of Defense had the opportunity to learn about the way the Military Museum works in the Hungarian defense system, exchange experiences, as well as to become familiar with certain cultural institutions of Hungary, and their heritage items, such as the Buda Fortress, the National Defense Center "Balna", the building of the former Supreme Defense Command, the Museum of St. Istvan Kirali and the exhibition of the Military History Museum "Hadimustra - remembering the centuries of Hungarian military history".
The delegation of the Ministry of Defense was received by the Parliamentary State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Defense of Hungary Tomas Varga.
