Mačka
Mačka (eng. "The Cat") is the only Yugoslav acrobatic glider. The prototype of the glider "Mačka", the work of engineer Miloš Ilić, has been made at the Aeronautical Technical Centre in Vršac in 1956, and after testing, it was produced in a small series. Thanks to its high mobility, exceptional maneuverability and solid construction, this glider was suitable for training glider pilots for aerobatic flying, and it was often seen at air shows. Its specifications placed it among top construction solutions in the world at its time.
One example of this glider is still in use in Slovenia. The "Cat" glider, which is exhibited in the Aeronautical Museum, has been acquired in 1979 from the "Žarko Zrenjanin" Aero Club.
