Sagem Crecerelle
The Sagem "Crecerelle" is a French-made reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) developed in the 1990s, based on the "Meggitt Banshee" flying target.
Its configuration resembles the aforementioned target, with the addition of pushers, a piston deltoid wing, but the fuselage is cylindrical in shape. It is powered by a 20 kW engine and has no landing gear, instead descending using parachutes and airbags. It was produced at the Sagem factory in Paris. The most significant use was during the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999 as part of the French Air Force.
Exhibited drone "Crecerelle" was shot down on March 26, during the NATO aggression against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1999.
